Job Description

Director of Enterprise Sales- Americas
SiteMinder’s Enterprise team is responsible for the multi property groups, chains and collections and provides technology solutions to the largest hotel groups in the world.
In this role you would be primarily responsible for retention and revenue growth of our top tier of existing accounts across North and South America, through account optimisation and growth strategies. You would also be responsible for identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities franchised and decentralised hotel groups, defining the go to market model and customer incentive structure.

  • Managing the commercial relationship with a selection of our top tier North and South American hotel groups
  • Negotiating contract renewals to reduce risk and protect revenue
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of customer goals and strategy to align a plan in order to minimise attrition and unlock new revenue opportunities
  • Optimising user agreements to increase channel + product adoption and thus the LTV of customers
  • Creating strategic plans in collaboration with customers to deliver preferred partnerships
  • Demonstrating sales skills by unlocking upgrade opportunities and ensuring SiteMinder has full penetration across the entire group of properties
  • Defining and implementing the go to market strategy for unlocking revenue with franchised and decentralised property groups
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Subject matter expert, minimum 7 years experience in navigating the travel technology landscape and infrastructure of large hotel group customers
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted customer relationships
  • Proactive and tenacious at unlocking opportunities
  • Creative problem solving with a consultative approach and ability to solution sell
  • Ability to navigate complex buying structures to influence multiple buying identities
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders internally and externally to drive results
  • English amp; Spanish required.
  • Salary 70K yearly
