  • Greet guests at the front desk and check into Envoy (Visitor Management System) as needed
  • Ensures the Concierge Desk appears professional and fully stocked with information including Fire Fighters handbook and all building permits
  • Works directly with the Sr. Facilities Manager and Facilities Team to plan and execute all onsite meetings and events
  • Prepare and display beverage and snack options for guests
  • Responsible for receiving packages from all carriers and ensuring proper upkeep and organization of the mailroom
  • Monitor surveillance system
  • Answering calls from the main line, tech line, and Inbound team line
  • Ensure all exterior doors are secure at the end of each workday
  • Always ready to perform other duties and tasks assigned
Experience:
  • 2+ years of professional experience working in an administrative role in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
  • Professional and customer service-focused phone manner
  • Basic knowledge of facility operations
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role
  • Flexibility as it relates to work start and end times as needed
  • Candidate must be able to communicate professionally both in person and in writing
  • The applicant must possess strong organizational skills and have a positive, problem-solving attitude and be able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with desktop computing platforms (PC) and applications (Google)
  • Adhere to the dress code and appearance policy
