Your missions*Design sales training curriculums and build the training programs for our Global Sales Team inside the elearning and sales enablement platforms we use: 360 Learning LMS*You will be a great cross-functional stakeholder to work with the Marketing team (copywriter, graphic designer, video editing)*Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer ( combination of text, audio, video etc), be creative!*Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design*Follow-up on strategic projects assigned by the Sales Enablement Manager making sure the actions assigned to each stakeholder involved are being accomplished on time.*Creating/ editing content for the Sales Academy*Coordinate and create content using a combination of media, including text, graphics, animation, audio, video, and interactive, upload into the systems LMS : 360 Learning in collaboration with cross departments: Marketing , Learning amp; Development , Services etc*Create step by step training material in Notion , Google docs for the sales tools implemented and keep it always updated in collaboration with the Sales Operations team.*In charge of keeping the Sales Library updated ( Sales decks, content for the Sales Academy ) stored in Notion in collaboration with the Marketing team.*Sharing and adapting this knowledge to different regions (EMEA, US, APAC, LATAM)*Responsible for updating in Mailjet the biweekly Sales Newsletter to be sent to the whole company*Responsible for the maintenance of 360 learning for Sales*Review and answer in real time to different channels: Salesknowledge, competition, sales, marketing, collaterals in our internal communication tool ex. Slack
Your Profile
*First grad. in Sales / Marketing / Software / Communication / Media or Digital ( big plus if for Sales and Tech)*Preferable background in BTB Sales ( preferred for Software and SAS)*Knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies *Experience with e-learning platforms and practices ( 360 Learning ) is highly appreciated*Independent and self-driven with the ability to prioritise, multitask and own projects from end-to-end, in a scale-up environment*Highly organised and detail oriented*Advanced level in PowerPoint*Eagerness to learn and open to constructive feedback*A make-it-happen mindset and agility are key characteristics*Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Other languages would be highly appreciated*Last but not least, we need a team
