The Opportunity
As Clearpay’s Business Data Analyst, you’ll work with our Sales, Relationship Management, and In-store teams to drive optimal decision making and support our growth through in-depth quantitative analyses.
Your responsibilities:- Support cross-functional teams (including sales, relationship management and in-store) withbest-in-class analytics and foster a data-driven culture- Deliver insights to all parts of the business, drive optimal decision making and support ourgrowth through in-depth quantitative analyses- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs relative to both insightsand self-service capabilities- Collaborate with other data scientists and analysts globally to formulate innovative solutionsfor advanced features and models- Lead and support various ad hoc projects, as needed
About you:- Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics orequivalent practical experience.- Intellectually curious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.- Solid grounding in SQL and preferably Python- Superb communication and organization skills, with the ability to take complex, fuzzyproblems and boil them down into concise and actionable insights.- Work experience in payments or e-commerce is an advantage but not essential.
