The Role:
Sales Enablement is an action-oriented team, focused on providing the sales organization with a world-class sales training and enablement program, alongside key partners, that helps accelerate time to revenue by focusing on enabling our salespeople from onboarding to mastery.As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will work closely with our Global Sales teams, and Sales leaders, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and other important functions to champion sales methodology, training, and collaboration. You will understand and assess development goals, increase performance, drive sales impact and conversion, creating clear and measurable results.
Remote work is possible within Germany / Spain / Italy.Responsibilities
  • Summary of key points:

1. Define the global Sales Enablement strategy
  • Define Sales Enablement curriculum around our 4 key pillars (Onboarding, Training, Special Programs, Operational Excellence) working with the Sales leadership.
  • Define quarterly priorities for Sales Enablement, in alignment with the global Sales strategy.

2. Build and run efficient onboarding and training programs:
  • Support the creation and deployment of product-related content and messaging, sales processes, practices, forms, and tools across the sales teams.
  • Drive foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales teams to understand and sell our solutions.
  • Enable the sales team to use content, assets and materials that are externally facing to facilitate the sales cycle-knowledge base.

3. Lead and enforce Sales Best Practices initiatives:
  • Gather best practices from top performers, develop and institute training materials and programs based on those best practices.
  • Centralize key information (journeys, processes, tools) in Sales Playbooks and hold recurrent Sales coaching sessions.
  • Make sure that the Sales team has the resources, processes and tools needed to have success in their role, by challenging our Sales methodology.
  • Support frontline sales managers and sales leadership team to execute effective management disciplines and establish a sales coaching program.

4. Track and measure Sales Success:
  • Define metrics to build the right set of KPI to measure Sales Success.
  • Measure the success of Sales Training Program and Sales Enablement initiatives.
  • Identify Areas of Strength and Areas of Improvements for sales staff.
  • Compile regular reports for analysis and adjusting of program strategy.

5. Own and coordinate internal communication on Sales Enablement topics:
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and spreading of the good word: new product features, new go-to-market strategy, customer success stories etc.
  • Run cross-functional team sales enablement projects on behalf of the Sales Team.
  • Facilitate and assist with sales team calls (weekly team calls, Sales All Hands etc.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of Sales Enablement and ideally a SaaS solution Sales experience
  • Strong presentation and communications skills (effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops, excellent listening ability)
  • Ability to lead through influence
  • Fluent in English
  • Eager to learn, and have a great ability to adapt in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
  • Passionate and proactive, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
