We are now looking for a Head of Business Operations who will help us deal with these same challenges, increase the company's performance by improving the efficiency and collaboration of each team, as well as coordinate systems and organizational design.What you'll be doing

We are now looking for a Head of Business Operations who will help us deal with these same challenges, increase the company's performance by improving the efficiency and collaboration of each team, as well as coordinate systems and organizational design.What you'll be doing
- Own company-wide standardized processes and tools
- Identify areas for improvement and work with team leaders and Ops champions to assess, build, automate and improve processes with good practices and support
- Help drive accountability by setting up an operating cadence that bridges strategy, execution, and performance management (e.g. OKRs, business reviews)
- Identify and assess risks and growth leverages across the organization
- Coordinate strategic planning and initiatives with the leadership team, helping develop projects plans, timelines, supporting analysis, and communications as needed
- Serve as an internal catalyst for cross-functional projects: proactively identifying and removing barriers, securing resources, aligning and coordinating stakeholder efforts, and measuring progress to ensure delivery
- 6+ years experience in business operations (ideally in a SaaS) and management consulting, that combines strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Ability to have a deep understanding of our business and systems, to break down challenges and opportunities
- Track record of performance in high growth, dynamic environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Eager to be hands-on and get things done
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple workstreams
