As a Claims Specialist you will support the Claims Team with the evaluation, processing, and handling of furniture and household items claims, including appliances. You will build a scalable customer service operation that is expected to grow considerably. The role interacts frequently with upper management and partners to ensure the claims process is streamlined and seamless for customers and claimants.What does the ideal profile looks like?
  • 2 years experience in all aspects of insurance claims management amp; resolution
  • Experience with furniture and/or appliance repairs. Mobile phone repair experience is nice to have but not mandatory
  • A professional and adaptable communication style both written and verbal
  • Be a great communicator, provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Problem-solving and advocating for customer solutions
  • Enhancing systems, processes and feedback loops
  • Fluency in English and a second European language (verbal and written) Dutch/Spanish/French/German/Italian
