Veepee, the e-commerce leader Frenchgroup, creator and worldwide leader of flash sales concept is looking for a Sales Analystamp; Support.
Purpose of the positionWithin the sales team of each Business Unit, the Sales Analyst amp; Support ensures the operational management of sales in conjunction with the KAM. By guaranteeing the collection of elements from the brand (offer, price, and final stocks), the analysis of the offer, and the support of the KAM’s activity.
Context and working environment:- Daily work in open-space on a computer within a team- Possibility of teleworking according to the modalities defined by the companyDelegation: actions carried out by the post in autonomy and total responsibility:- Collection and transmission of information relating to the operations in charge- Contact with the brand- Regular reporting
Main activities
The distribution of tasks may include specificities according to the sector of attachment
Activity 1: Operational ManagementEnsure the good operational management of sales in direct relation with the commercial partner- Coordinate the proper contractual management with partners and manage possible first level disputes- Transmit the details of the commercial offer to the Data Coordinators to ensure data integration- Ensuring that the sale date is properly kept by receiving the offer, the final prices and stocks and in conjunction with the campaign supervisor.
Activity 2: Analytical ManagementPreparing the commercial analysis of the offer to the salesperson in order to guarantee its attractiveness- Preparation of the offer analysis file after recovery of the supplier file and reconciliation of the following data:- Analysis of the representativeness of the offer: presence of key categories, volume per reference, and comparison with information collected during previous sales.- Catalogue information: references, size, colours, ref co, category, shipping cost scheme- Trading KPIs: purchase price, retail price, sales price, product margin, discount, taxes- Trade-in: price, flow, operation code, date, logistic flow- Breakdown by country- Pricing and margin recommendation using the tools provided- Competitive intelligence (manual or automated, depending on the sector
Activity 3: Commercial Management- Preparation of presentation materials for brand meetings, and participation when necessary- Sales reports, mid-tic reports and analysis of improvement levers and actions to be implemented- Commercial back up in the process up to the closing of the operation- Daily support in the commercial relationship with the brand (calls and emails)
Activity 4: Inventory tracking (if required)- Sales Returns Management- Inventory optimization: internal inventory breakdown, management of reinjections

Professional training and experience
Level and type of initial training required: higher training in management assistantship/commerce; Professional experience: a first significant experience in a similar job; Experience working in a Big Four Audit Firm will be a plus.

Technical skills Very good command of Google Apps and the Office Pack, especially Excel; Spanish native, English Advanced
