We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our growing sales organization. You will be responsible for owning the success of your team's revenue growth, building, coaching, and developing a team of successful sellers. Your success and expertise in the entire lifecycle of sales and your experience transitioning transactional sales into solution-based sales will be imperative to your role as a coach and mentor to your team. You will work with your VP to effectively forecast and report on individual seller stats to ensure your team targets are met.Responsibilities:
- Trains new representatives on products, services, or sales processes and procedures
- Tracks performance against goals and suggests modifications to sales strategy or approach
- Responsible for enabling sellers to hit their sales targets
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned vertical industry
- Maintain close understanding of client and vertical needs and able to coach sellers on providing solutions and support
- Receive and report on all sales leads of assigned sellers
- Work with sellers when closing sales
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics and provide regular updates to VP of Regional Sales
- Use the various training platforms to continuously grow your personal knowledge of our product, sales and process
Experience:
- 4-6 years B2B sales management experience in Internet marketing or SAAS products
- Experience managing a team of 10-15 Inside Sales representatives through a consultative sales process
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve sales goals and quotas
- Proven ability in developing employees and sales teams
- Proven ability to work with others in a team environment
