About the role
One of our biggest challenges is to offer a delightful and differentiated experience to our members (we call them members, not clients or insureds ). In France, for example, we reimburse 75% of claims in less than 1h.
That's why, in Spain, we are looking for someone with expertise in handling out-of-network reimbursement claims that can help us from the day to day handling of claims to building the claims team, designing the processes and tools needed and collaborating with Ops, Care, Insurance and Product teams to offer a 100% digital and loveable service to our members in Spain.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in claims management in a health insurance operating in Spain
  • Good problem solving skills (problem structuring and identification of relevant solutions)
  • Languages: good and structured written amp; oral communication skills in Spanish/ English
  • Organization skills / Time management
