Job Description

The Revenue Growth Sales Consultant is an inside sales role focusing on selling our new transactions features to our existing hotel customers. The role is required to sell the value of SiteMinder Pay and Demand Plus to hotels, obtain the information required to activate the feature, and encourage high usage of the solution.
There will be multiple opportunities for growth both within the Transactions team and around the world as you help us define our customer value proposition and best ways of reaching and adding value to our hotel customers.This job is all about...
  • Pitch, explain, and activate the transaction features for our existing hotels. This will be achieved by calling from a lead list, effectively articulating the value proposition and managing a sales funnel in the CRM
  • Onboard and help provide training on how to use the features
  • Be effective at bringing market intelligence back into the organization, from competitive threats; to recurring objections; to customers at risk
  • Work effectively with all internal systems, notably the CRM to ensure clean, concise and reportable data
  • Work in a highly collaborative fashion with the product, customer support, and project teams
  • Be an evangelist of SiteMinder Pay and Demand Plus internally and externally

  • 1-2 years inside sales experience
  • Previous hospitality or software sales experience is a plus
