With the launch of a new state of the art scooter, we are expanding our talented team to reach new heights.We are looking for a superhero to be our new great Senior Bid Manager to power and expand our Policy amp; Communication team and support our operations in the EMEA region. We wanna hear from you!Every superhero has super responsibilities:You will:- Report to the Head of Policy amp; Communication, identify and asses tender opportunities across current and potential markets
- Define and organise competitive strategies to win tenders
- Research, draft and review proposals in line with Wind’s brand and messaging guidelines
- Work closely and coordinate input from team members on Policy, Communications, Operations, Legal, Product and other teams
- Ensure smooth and self-responsible management of tender projects
- Navigate and summarise complex proposals and draft appropriate responses
- Interpret and report on cost calculations and implications
You have: - 8-10 years of proven experience in creating and overseeing competitive bids
- Fluency in English and at least one other language - extra bonus points for Italian/French/Hebrew
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills and proven experience in drafting bids and tenders
- Passion for micro-mobility and making cities more liveable
- Attention to detail with strong time and project management skills
- Inclusive attitude, enthusiasm to work in a multicultural team and the ability to find order in chaos
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and first-class people skills
- Natural problem-solving skills, goal-orientation
- Organizational skills to manage several projects simultaneously
- Willingness to be hired on a 6-months temporary contract (maternity cover)
