Emburse software engineers contribute to the development of an engaging and interconnected set of system solutions. As a Senior Software engineering manager, you will manage a team that will enhance the experiences of your customers, solve interesting challenges, and design new solutions. This ensures you will have access to the best and brightest minds in our industry to grow your experience and career within Emburse.Must have:- 10+ years of distributed software development experience with Software Development or DevOps Lead position experience
- Ability to analyze software requirements
- Ability to review and influence design plans
- Set goal priorities and grow a team culture that is collaborative
- Develop, lead, coach, and assess the engineering team
- Provide technical guidance and coaching
Nice to have:- Knowledge in Python, ML/AI frameworks, and Data project implementations
- Experience in Automation, particularly in DevOps practices
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to Programming best practices (Solid, Clean Code, XP, etc.)
- Previous involvement in innovative areas, teams, or product development
- Collaborative mindset with a preference for team-oriented work
