Your Role :
  • Join our Growth Team to enhance and expand our Product-Led Growth (PLG) revenue. You'll develop strategies for acquiring, converting, and retaining customers, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. Our team includes two Growth Engineers and two Growth Operations specialists.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth to create an SEO strategy. This involves identifying essential content, topics, keywords, and developing a netlinking approach.
  • Paid Advertising
  • You'll be responsible for initiating and managing campaigns on various paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads). This includes creating related landing pages to attract PLG leads.
  • Outbound Marketing
  • Implement outbound marketing campaigns to generate new leads for our PLG segment.
  • Email Marketing and Onboarding Emails
  • Utilize our lead database effectively by segmenting and engaging leads through targeted email campaigns to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Conversion Optimization
  • Conduct experiments aimed at increasing conversion rates in our Studio (the back-office platform for Organizers).
Your Profile
  • Final year of studies (available for a full-time role after apprenticeship)
  • You are results driven and an expert at ‘getting things done’
  • You are self-motivated and an excellent problem-solver
  • Growth mindset with a test and learn approach to deliver strong results and fast insights
  • B2B, tech or SaaS experience preferred but not essential
  • You are an autonomous team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and continue learning
  • Previous knowledge and/or experience of PPC and Organic SEO
  • Fluent in English - French would be appreciated

  • Previous acquisition experience (SEO, SEM, social media marketing) or experience in a neighboring role (Product, Growth, PPC, Developement)
